The Laurel Redevelopment Corporation is spearheading the effort to rehabilitate/develop/redevelop numerous waterfront properties located along the Broad Creek in the heart of downtown Laurel, Delaware. Realizing the significance and development potential of this waterfront real estate the LRC acquired these parcels in order to maximize the economic benefit and quality of life goals it shares with the Laurel community.

The LRC seeks to transfer ownership of these sites, offering favorable terms and compelling incentives, to a qualified redeveloper with a plan that is consistent with LRC and Town of Laurel goals/requirements as stated herein.
